The picture you see above is what a lot of people wonder the job of a design manager is.  Appear in meeting with shorts and have fun time with their team mates with no serious talks.  And yes, they are right!!  We do appear in meetings (plus or minus, the shorts) and we do have fun time with our team mates during the meetings (seriousness, yes we do that).
